99,9% of products shown as "in stock" are available for shipping. Usually we send orders within 24 hours after payment on working days.

In case nothing special is told, our products are ready to be used from the beginning on and do not need to be treatened with leather care products first. In case the product is highly used it should be treatened with matching leather care products. You can use every (for your leather product) suitable leather care product. Nevertheless please read the instructions of the care product as well as the instructions (if available) of the leather products first an try the care product on a unobtrusive  spot of the bag.

We only ship with DPD. DPD itself cooperates with local delivery companies like USPS, Canadian-, Australian Post etc.. Please find all information including shipping periods HERE.
You can return ordered products within 14 days after delivery. Find all information in our Terms and Conditions as well as our Return Policy. In case of a problem with the product ordered in our shop we offer 23 months warranty. Please contact us in this case.
